24 Easy Traditionals
The 24 well-known and easy-to-play traditional tunes are intended for guitarists of all ages who have already acquired some basic experience with their instrument.
Each piece is available in two versions. Players performing solo may play the melodies of the first ten tunes with open bass strings, while the remaining tunes are provided with simple fretted bass notes. The melodies throughout remain in first and second position.
In the duet version, the melody may be played either by Guitar 1 or by another melodic instrument (flute, violin, etc.). Guitar 2 plays the lower part or accompanies the tunes using chord symbols.
With its variety of performance options, 24 Traditionals is equally suitable for both individual and group instruction.
